Hans Gustaf Ivar Morsing (1919 - 2009) was a noted Swedish painter known primarily for his semi-abstract landscapes, still lifes, and figurative works. His dynamic, color-forward paintings often blend modernist influences with earthy, Mediterranean-inspired palettes. The son of painter Leopold Morsing, Ivar showed early talent in the medium, and his work can be found in several European public collections, including Moderna Museet, Kalmar Art Museum, and Jonkoping Museum, among others.
