Carson Christian Strom (1913 - 1995) was a Swedish painter and ceramicist known for a distinct use of line, an intrinsic understanding of color harmony, and a highly textured paint application that built physical depth on the canvas. This aesthetic language seamlessly carried over into his illustration and commercial work as the chief designer of his own studio, Abbekås Ceramics.
